Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Trash & Recycling Containers that have been used or removed from their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Appearance on Your Statement: Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement.
  • Please note that shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable for returns that are not our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
