You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your home.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a simple returns and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all parts, and ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5 business days.
- Appearance on Your Statement: Depending on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
