3. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. While we strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Payment Methods

Payment is deducted when we process your order. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

4. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when received
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Trash & Recycling Containers that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and product details
2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
